Tarren Evans

I knew from early on, my first photography class, this is what I wanted to do. To capture the special occasions in life where memories may fade over time. I believe it is important to be able to look back at poignant events in our lives and feel gratitude that someone was there to capture all the nuance moments of joy and celebration. Being able to gift my clients with that is what makes my job worth it. Capturing the sacredness of Baptism or the intense love of marriage or the childhood joy of a birthday party is what makes me so passionate in the work that I do.

I went on to do a BA in Visual Communication, Photographer Major, then into a studio. I then took the big leap to move to Dubai. There I stayed for 8 years shooting weddings, families and events. I started my own company and worked day and night, there I was able to develop an awareness of cultural and religious sensitivities that have contributed to my more considered and mindful approach to photography. I was immersed into the Western and Emirati world of weddings and traditional henna nights. I found myself flying all around the region to shoot these luxury events, and was privileged to have had this incredible experience.

Now back in Australia after starting a family, the passion burns inside of me to continue creating new and everlasting memories for couples, families and events in Australia.
